Yet Another KMart Spree 10/30/08

I went last night to KMart (again!) with my sister, Karen. I am still tired from it! But it was SO worth it!!! (Also in tow were DH, 4 kids, 2-1 yr old granddaughters! Yikes! They all behaved though, lucky for me!) Well...here's what all I got this time, # of coupons and amounts, and savings/OOP...

I used bogo coupons for the razors, all the gum, the cat treats, body wash, reach toothbrushes, lindt chocolate and dasani. They weren't going to double these until I told the manager that the cashier did on Tuesday and that's what I based my shopping on this trip. So she was SUPER nice to let me go ahead and double those!

Total savings: 223.68
Total OOP: 18.27

Not too shabby. Higher than I figured it would be (yes I went with a list of items, prices, coupon amounts and final price), but ended up getting the halloween make up and bag. I had figured 7.00 at home, so if you take out the cost for those halloween items (9.98), it ends up being almost right on what I figured! I'm happy with it!!!

Now...Karen did MUCH better than I did! I hope she leaves a comment so you can see how well she did. Let's just say this, at the end she had to add some stuff! Awesome deals!

Kmart manager did say that they weren't stocking again until Monday. I'm thinking this may be one of the last times they do the double deal. I hope not. I am getting such insane deals. It's like Christmas! Plus they were out of a lot of things I wanted and a lot of those would have given me more overage. But I LOVE my Kmart here in Cleveland! They are great, easy to work with, super nice cashier's and managers!

I even met some other couponers and traded 7 coupons for 7 beauty books (in line!)! So they need to have it at least one more time for me to use the beauty books! I hope you all did just as well OR BETTER! Leave a comment and let me know!

KMart Spree 10/28/08

WOW!!! This has got to be by far the best time for the least amount of money I've ever had! the end of receipt says your total savings 29.08, coupon savings 125.48 for a total savings of 154.56. TOTAL OOP WAS $1.35!!!!!

Needless to say, this is one time my DH was happy with my shopping and said to go do it again! LOL which of course I definitely will do!! Yeah! Gotta LOVE KMart's double q deals!

1st Coupon Class

I had my very 1st coupon class last night! It went great! There were 9 ladies there for it and we covered a LOT of material. (Couponers KNOW that it's a lot to learn!) I think it lasted about 2 1/2 hours. I really think everyone learned a lot and was really happy with it.

Totals: spent ecb's 33.00, oop .50, gained ecb's 31.08 and mir 8.00=PROFIT OF 5.58!!

KMart in Cleveland, TN

The KMart in Cleveland, TN IS doing the double coupon deal! The manager said it is not advertised but they will honor it! Yippppeeee!!! Only one day left (boo hoo) but I'm heading there to get some awesome deals!

Boo-Hoo! KMart

Well, the Hixson and East Ridge stores are NOT participating in the KMart double coupon deals. I called CS last night and there are none close to the Chattanooga, TN area. BUT...the rep I talked to told me to call back today. He said that the chances of it going KMart wide (any doing the double deal) is so great because of all the phone calls they're getting. He suggested that I call back daily until they decide to do it that way. I sure hope it's soon that they do!!!

Just wanted to let you all know not to run all the way there until we have further notice from KMart CS!
